shiny garden tools

One of my favorite things to do when spring rolls around is to sink my hands into the soil and plant some beautiful flowers! These shiny gardening tools from Terrain are so lovely.

These cute sugar cookies from Sister's Cakery Bakery are perfect stuffed into a basket or set out on a tray for Easter. Each little treat is 2.5 inches wide and hand-decorated with a layered-meringue icing.Yummy.

one dozen eggs please

Soon we will be inundated with candy eggs and all things sugary, fluffy and pastel. Here is my homage to the egg. I can't help but be inspired (and a little hungry).

trying hard not to buy...

I love the Matryoshka Measuring cups designed by Carl Mitsch to look like a Russian doll. Set of 6 cups include 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 and 1 full cup that neatly stack together when not in use. These would look adorable sitting on a kitchen counter. Available at the MoMA Store. $12
